Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ShotFocusGolf, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

What ShotFocusGolf Is

ShotFocusGolf is a personal golf coaching intelligence platform. It analyses golf session data and swing video to generate coaching insights, recommendations, and practice guidance.

ShotFocusGolf is not a substitute for instruction from a qualified golf professional. Coaching output is generated by AI and is intended to support improvement, not replace professional coaching.

Beta Service

ShotFocusGolf is currently in beta. This means:

• ·Features and functionality may change without notice
• ·The platform may experience periods of unavailability
• ·Some features are still under active development
• ·We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service or data availability during beta

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service reliability and communicate significant changes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use ShotFocusGolf. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

• ·Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• ·All activity that occurs under your account
• ·Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@shotfocusgolf.com immediately.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ·Use ShotFocusGolf for any unlawful purpose
• ·Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
• ·Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• ·Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the platform except as permitted by law
• ·Upload content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes third-party rights
• ·Attempt to circumvent any security, rate limiting, or access controls
• ·Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

Your Data

You own your golf session data. You can export it or delete it at any time from Settings.

By using ShotFocusGolf, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, analyse, and display your submitted content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Fees and Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing terms, and cancellation rights will be presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Coaching Output

Coaching analysis, recommendations, and feel cues generated by ShotFocusGolf are produced by AI and are based on the session data you provide.

Coaching output:

• ·Is intended to support golf improvement only
• ·Should not be considered medical, health, or injury advice
• ·May not be accurate for all golfers or all situations
• ·Is based on the data available and is subject to the confidence level indicated

We make no guarantee that following coaching recommendations will improve your golf performance.

AI Limitations

Coaching outputs are generated using automated systems and may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or incorrect interpretations. Users should exercise judgment when applying recommendations.

The AI systems used by ShotFocusGolf analyse patterns in golf data. They do not have knowledge of your individual physical condition, injury history, or biomechanical limitations.

Physical Activity Disclaimer

Golf practice and physical activity involve risk of injury. You are responsible for determining whether any coaching recommendation is appropriate for you.

If you have concerns about injury, physical limitations, or medical conditions, consult a qualified professional before undertaking practice activities based on coaching recommendations from ShotFocusGolf.

Swing Video

When you upload a swing video, you confirm that:

• ·You own or have the right to upload the video
• ·The video contains only yourself or individuals who have consented to analysis
• ·You consent to the video being processed by AI for coaching analysis

Videos and extracted frames are temporarily stored for processing and are permanently deleted once analysis is complete. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Coach Connections

If you connect with a coach through ShotFocusGolf, the relationship between you and that coach is separate from ShotFocusGolf. We are not a party to that coaching relationship and are not responsible for advice given by coaches through the platform.

Any fees, agreements, or services provided by a coach are solely between the golfer and coach unless expressly stated otherwise by ShotFocusGolf.

Intellectual Property

ShotFocusGolf, its design, features, and coaching intelligence systems are owned by ShotFocusGolf. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any part of the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the platform except as permitted by law.

Your golf session data remains yours. Coaching analysis generated from your data is provided to you for your personal use.

Availability

We aim to keep ShotFocusGolf available and reliable. However we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that the platform will be error-free, or that coaching output will always be available. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ShotFocusGolf is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ·We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform
• ·Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of ShotFocusGolf is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• ·Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, cloud provider failures, natural disasters, government actions, or cyber attacks.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion removes access to the account and initiates permanent deletion of active account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access without notice where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, or the security of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email where reasonably possible. Continued use of ShotFocusGolf following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
